Have a meaningful goal & commit to it.

Earn your mind and body transformation with consistency and putting in the work.

EAT FOR HEALTH
Eat for health, vitality and energy - 90/ 10 rule.

90% of your food should be anything that is natural like vegetables, animals, fruits, nuts etc.

10% of your food should be earnt, fun and social, like processed foods, sugars, gluten, alcohol and fried food.

MOVE EFFORTLESSLY
You can’t train if you can’t move!
Strong posture & moving without pain and restriction by stretching, strengthening your core and practicing stabilizing poses.

TRAIN SMART
Aim for 4 workouts a week to become leaner, fitter & stronger
