SWEAT HIT

Burn fat, get fit and lean up with this high Intensity circuit workout.
Monday all day and Saturday 8:15arn

LIFT VOLUME

 Weight training with high reps to bum fat and increase lean muscle.
Tuesday

BOX

Punch, kick, core and card. The ultimate fat burner  and body toner.
Wednesday all day and Saturday 9am

STRENGTH

Shape your body wtth our deadlifts, squats, push and pull exercises.

Controlled, multi directional and explosive movements for better overall body strength.
